Equipment

Divers are encouraged to get their own equipment, but to start with equipment can be borrowed from the dive section at minimal cost (10.000 Tz full set)

In the Dive hut we operate a compressor with the capacity to fill 6 tanks at a time.

Boat

The section is running their own boat with 2, 75 HP out board engines. The boat can carry up to 10 divers and a driver. If the group is bigger, the dive section has the possibility of using the Rescue boat of the D.Y.C. (which is jointly owned by the D.Y.C. and the dive section)

Cost

Since all activities are organized by the members, only the cost of air fill and fuel have to be paid for each dive.

Training

Dive section provides internal training only ( Dive Marshall, Navigation, Rescue etc.)

Diving time

Dives are usually undertaken at the weekends in the morning. (8.00).
